Marco Spesso

Has more than twenty year experience with companies like Pirelli, Cisco, Compaq and AMD as HR Director with Italian, European and Global responsibilities.


Marco has developed his skills mainly in the ICT, Telecom, High Tech and Manufacturing industries, where he has managed complex organizational projects at international level.


He brings solid knowledge and experience organization design, performance management, compensation, M&A. He designs and leads change management, HR development and assessment programs, both in Italian and English.


Associate Facilitator and Coach with Mannaz, he is certified user of MBTI® and several 360° feedback instruments.


Marco is founder and partner of Org Value Consulting. His working languages are Italian and English.

Franco Iacometti

Franco works as facilitator, coach and consultant. He delivers leadership development programs, leadership coaching and facilitates training programs in the area of change and transition management and human resources development.


He works both in his home country as well as in international programs supporting businesses in developing their human capital and managerial capability throughout Europe.
Prior to establishing Org Value Consulting, Franco worked for over twenty years as Human Resources Manager in large multinational companies such as Pirelli, Fiat and GE mainly with pan-European responsibilities.


His competencies also include coaching, change and transition management as well as design and rollout of leadership development programs.


Franco works mainly for multinational companies in Europe as well as in North and South America. He is Associate Facilitator and Coach of Mannaz and Associate Feedback Coach of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL EMEA).


Franco is certified in numerous psychometric instruments like MBTI, FIRO-B, TKI, CPI 260 and Workplace Big 5 as well as in a number of different 360° feedback instruments.

Daniela Dalzini

Daniela has twenty years experience in HR Management, Recruitment, Training and Development with both multinational companies and Italian small business, such as Cisco, Pirelli, IPSOA, Poli Industria Chimica.


She is Senior Executive Coach, certified ACC member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Italian Coaching Federation (FIC).

She is passionate about studying and developing tools, techniques and methodologies for enabling potential and personal growth.


Daniela has worked on several empowerment and coaching projects to support major change management programs and critical business turnarounds. Has designed and implemented performance management tools in different environments.

Her strong experience with professional counseling and competency inventory models, both at individual and team level, has been developed and consolidated in connection with reorganization and business restructuring processes. Her working languages are Italian and English.
